The new reporting requirements for Non-Group Health Plan programs, including Liability, No-Fault and Workers’ Compensation under MMSEA Section 111, affect healthcare providers in a myriad of ways. These new reporting requirements go beyond a new compliance reporting obligation - they will affect the internal operations of healthcare facilities and practices, as well as having potential long-reaching effects of the resolution of claims for all lines of coverage.
